Compact brewhouses BHM are part of our small brewhouse series and are perfect for brewers that want to produce smaller quantities of beer using only the best ingredients, as well as experiment with different aromas, and try out their own recipes.
The BHM is a system of two process tanks that are mounted on a compact supporting frame. It is delivered with complete piping and wiring, as well as a built-in touch screen control panel. The BHM is an ingenious, well-thought-out, and versatile product. It can be used for either single temperature or multi-step infusion mashing at different temperatures, and with only a few valve switches, it can also be transformed into a decoction mashing brewhouse.
Technical features:
- quality material: our products are made of stainless steel EN1.4301 (or: stainless steel with TiN coating); we only use certified materials;
- hygiene: all inner product contact surfaces are polished; the smooth surfaces enable a quick and efficient cleaning process; integrated CIP cleaning equipment in both tanks;
- temperature regulation: both tanks (jacket and bottom) are equipped with heating surfaces; the heating medium is thermal oil (or: steam heating);
- central control unit: processes are controlled using the main control panel; a big touch screen with a multilingual user interface enables good monitoring and control through every step of the process;
- manifold with butterfly process valves: butterfly valves are arranged neatly on the front side of the brewhouse and regulate the wort and water flow; each valve function is marked on the pipes with an engraved sign.
