BH2 10 / BH2 20 / BH2 25
Compact brewhouse BH2 is a system of two tanks connected by a platform and staircase. A central platform allows safe access to all workstations and devices, and enables good supervision of the entire brewing process. It is perfect for brewers with very little space at their disposal, as this system requires an area much smaller than one with separate tanks.
The BH2 is used for infusion mashing. You can set up to five steps of mashing and warm up the mash gradually until it reaches the desired temperature (step mashing).
Technical features:
- quality material: our tanks, platforms, and piping are made of stainless steel EN1.4301 (or: stainless steel with TiN coating); we only use certified materials;
- hygiene: all inner product contact surfaces are polished; the smooth surfaces enable a quick and efficient cleaning process; integrated CIP cleaning equipment in both tanks;
- temperature regulation: all tanks are equipped with heating surfaces; the heating medium is steam, supplied from an external steam generator;
- central control unit: processes are controlled using the main control panel; a big touch screen with a multilingual user interface enables good monitoring and control through every step of the process;
- manifold with butterfly process valves: butterfly valves are arranged neatly on the front side of the brewhouse and regulate the wort and water flow; each valve function is marked with an engraved sign.
