  • What, why, how, when, where ? How it works: Counter-current tube heat exchanger means that on one side cold water goes in and on the other hot water out. Counter water current goes hot wort and on the other side cold beer out. Where to use it: We use it to be 100% sure that heat exchanger will not clog up with particles during the process. For instalation it means aproximately 25 m aditonal piping and 7 valves to control the process.
