This year, the brewery celebrates its 10th anniversary. Here is how Domen Srebot, their Head Brewer, remembers the beginnings of our journey together:
"After eight months of testing the market, we decided to move from gypsy brewing to our own production — and the first question was, of course, where to find the right equipment. As a brewer, I had two key wishes: to buy good, reliable equipment and, if possible, from a local manufacturer. SK Škrlj proved to be the best fit and offered exactly what we needed, so the decision was quite easy. We have no regrets. Nine years later, the equipment still performs exceptionally well, and the support remains responsive whenever questions or issues arise."
