Usad'ba Myskhako, Novorossiysk, Russia

A successful winemaking company on the Black Sea coast.

USAD'BA MYSKHAKO is a young agritourism complex located south of Novorossiysk, at the foot of Myskhako Mountain in the village of Fedotovka.

Their vineyards cover an area of 80 hectares and are home to several grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Riesling, and Pinot Blanc.

The vineyards are located at an altitude of 180 to 270 meters above sea level and this unique terroir is where their extraordinary wine, whose annual production is 350 thousand bottles, was born.

The construction of the winery began in 2017. Just two years after the first excavator entered the construction site, this grandiose project was completed: their gravity-flow winery opened in August 2019.

Their geographical location allowed them to build a five-level gravity winery that is built into the hill. This unique winery with a vertical drop of 14 meters enables grape and wine movement under the influence of gravity.

The agritourism complex USAD'BA MYSKHAKO also includes a restaurant called Chateau Pinot. It is one of the best restaurants on the Black Sea coast. The restaurant is famous for its original set menus and snail dishes.

One of the attractions of this agricultural complex is their snail farm, which is located in a juniper forest and covers an area of 150 square meters. Classical music plays for them and they eat according to a specially designed menu.
