Wittorfer Brauerei is a brewery located in the town of Neumünster, Germany.

The brewery was founded in 2017 and officially opened its doors the following year. It is the first brewery in Neumünster since 1986. While they do brew a variety of beers, they are particularly interested in the brewing history of their town. At Wittorfer Brauerei they study old beer styles and their recipes and reinterpret them in their own unique way. If you visit their brewery, you will also find new beer styles that are currently popular, but they mostly just try to let their creativity run wild and produce a tasty brew.

Their brewery is equipped with various SK Škrlj products:
- BHM 500 L compact brewhouse
- cylindroconical fermenters
